I make a sacred vow to practice each day opening my
mind and heart, to feel more of the warmth of God's love
filling my whole body and filling my world.

From the Lord God of my Being I now call forth my innate
ability to love, honor and respect the unique expression
of Divine Life that I am.

I lovingly release all beliefs and habit patterns that
persuade me to ignore my true nature - the wisdom
and desires of my heart.

Being true to who I am is being true to the love I am.
It is my sure way to find true love.

As an expression of love for myself, I choose to bring
more joy, playfulness and beauty into my life.

As an expression of love for myself, I choose to feel
more of the warmth of God's love flowing to me from
All-creation, honoring, affirming and validating my
every heart's desire.
